Registration is a one-off step to enter your personal data. 

To register please follow these steps: 

go to https://portal.parkinsonsmartwatch.com/login and click

Then choose your role: Doctor, Patient or Caregiver (for anyone else).

This will open a list, please enter your details.

In case of any problem, we are happy to support you, please contact us via the CONTACT. button at the top right of the homepage. 

To modify your personal data, open Account in the portal. 

Don't forget to save the list.
